Terms & Content Guidelines
- No medical claims. DeyliHerbs™ carries "No Approved Therapeutic Claims." Never say or imply it cures, treats, or prevents any disease or condition, or replaces prescribed medicine.
- Disclose. Make clear that you earn a commission when people buy through your link or code.
- No coupon or deal sites. Do not post your code on coupon, voucher or deal-aggregator sites or paid search ads for our brand name.
- No self-referral. Orders placed with your own phone or email are not eligible for commission.
- Commission. Earned on website orders only, credited when the order is marked delivered, then held for a set number of days before it reaches your wallet. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded (45-day guarantee) earn nothing, and commissions already paid for refunded orders are deducted from your wallet.
- Withdrawals. Minimum ₱500, a 10% processing fee applies, and payouts are made manually to your GCash, Maya or bank account.
- Our right to act. We may disable a code, withhold commissions linked to suspected fraud or policy violations, or suspend a member. Program terms may change with notice.
Privacy Notice
- We collect your name, mobile number and email to run your member account, pay you, and contact you about the program.
- Payout details you add later (and your QR code image) are visible only to you and our authorised staff.
- Members see only a customer's first name and city — never full contact details.
- We process your data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. To access or delete your data, email hello@deyliherbs.com.
